You can help with the next update
Hi adventurers!
I'm slowly but surely making progress with the game update. However, I'm still not confident that there's enough freedom for you to explore Brumvar. I was thinking that, instead of each paragraph leading to new paragraphs, you could walk (unveiling a map) through the forest and each time you move, a random adventure would happen from the dice roll: for example, you move to a new location (maybe it's hexagons) and discover a clearing or a cave. Then there's a list of possible events to happen in that “type” of location. You roll 1 die to see which paragraph you read.
I was already creating a game like this, and I think that because of the “style” of What Hides in the Dark, where there are skills and conflicts, this format might be more interesting. What do you think? Tell me about your experience with it.
Cheers and see you later, I hope I can bring you something cool!
